  • 5 x 30 minute review sessions together every 2 weeks to check your progress, review and provide you with an updated plan
  • Analysis of your food diary and lifestyle to see what’s working and where we can improve
  • Review and interpretation of any supported tests (tests cost extra)

How do one to one Nutrition and Lifestyle Sessions work?

 

Firstly, a detailed online questionnaire to be completed by yourself and returned at least 48 hours before we meet.

The initial consultation will last around one hour, we will discuss the questionnaire which will allow me to investigate how events, family history, diet or lifestyle, may have triggered your health issues.  After our session, within 5 working days, I will provide you with a personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan to support your individual needs.  This may include supplements and test recommendations although some tests may be taken through your GP.  The cost of supplements and tests are not included in the packages.

Review sessions will usually be 2 weeks apart and we will discuss your progress, any challenges you encountered as well as any test results.  I will be continually reviewing your plan and will provide you with a revised nutrition and lifestyle plan and recommendations each time.  We build up gradually, introducing new recommendations slowly.

Research will be carried out behind the scenes to investigate your health and understand your condition.  This will enable me to provide you with the most targeted plan for you, that will best support your health.

Patient Centred Approach

Everyone is unique and therefore naturopathic advice for you will be personalised to address your individual health needs.  I will listen to your story and this will help me explore and understand your current health and the root causes, so that you are provided with the best clinical plan for you.

Holistic therapy/approach consists of educating the client to promote healthy living, self-care and preventative measures.
